MACO BSS 360 AR CN

The fully automatic Maco BSS 360 AR band saw is equipped with programmable mitre rotation. This enables fully automatic cutting of pipes and profiles to the correct length and mitre angle.

To minimize vibrations during sawing, the saw frame is made of cast iron.

The Maco BSS 360 AR can operate in both semi-automatic and fully automatic modes. The machine features a 5" touchscreen for operation. Programming is performed via this screen, and diagnostic data can also be accessed. The control system allows storage of up to 200 programs, with the option to enter the cutting length, scrap length, quantity, angles, and scrap corners in each program. Mitre cuts are possible from 60° to the left to 45° to the right.

The material vice is automatically positioned according to the mitre angle to be cut. The feed vice has a stroke of 860 mm. The program automatically calculates the number of feed strokes required to reach the set length.
