Semi-automatic band saw for cutting solid bars and profiles of medium and large dimensions with high performance and excellent cutting precision. The sturdy construction ensures the machine’s required rigidity and accuracy for the cutting assembly.

The band is driven by a motor operated via inverter, coupled to a special gearbox with a bronze gear and hardened, ground worm screw.

Flywheels sized appropriately.

Robust band guides equipped with sealed guide bearings and adjustable carbide (widia) inserts.

Blade tension is obtained via an electromechanical device with a micro-switch blade rotation control.

Safety devices on the flywheel covers and blade for operator protection.

Cutting thickness: 1.5 mm

Cutting range: 60° left / 60° right

Band cleaning device with brush
