The SPECIAL 411 MS MACC is a semi-automatic bandsaw designed for cutting solid bars and small profiles, offering high performance and excellent precision. The robust frame ensures necessary rigidity and accuracy for the cutting group. The blade drive is equipped with a two-speed motor, and the special gearbox is complete with a bronze gear and a hardened, ground worm screw. The properly sized flywheels and the blade guides are sturdy, constructed with sealed roller bearings and adjustable carbide inserts.

The blade tension can be applied via an electromechanical micro-switch control, operating with blade rotation. Safety devices are provided on the flywheel cover guard and the blade itself. The machine also comes with a swivel plate for material support and a vise with a quick-approach mechanism.

Operation:
Cycle start is initiated by pressing the start button; the machine performs the following sequence:
1. Closes the vise and starts the blade motor
2. Lowers the arm for cutting
3. The arm returns to the initial position
4. Stops the blade motor
