SEMI-AUTOMATIC DRILLING UNIT “UNIBOHRFIX 50”

The UniBohrFix 50 drilling unit allows you to process all profiles either against a stop or using a gripper. Drilling is performed manually via a lever, while the material moves automatically along the X-axis to the next drilling position. Effortlessly execute entire drilling programs or use the stop plate for quick single-hole operations. The system is suitable for weights up to 100 kg. The unit also includes a minimum-quantity spray unit with holder and spray can.

Please refer to the table for technical data of the standard version. If required, all components of the system can be tailored to your needs. You can choose from various drilling machines, roller conveyors, positioning systems, and clamping vices.
