UK 350 A 90° CNC + TR14 Servo + Y-Achse

The fully automatic aluminium circular saw UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit (cutting angle 90°) has been specially designed for cutting profiles and solid materials made of aluminium castings, copper, and hard plastics. Its automatic feed and automatic cutting movement are ideal for fast and precise series production! The material feed is up to 700 mm per stroke. Multiple strokes, and thus longer cut sections, can be conveniently programmed from the operator panel. The main clamping vice secures the material with two horizontal and two vertical clamping cylinders, while the feed vice clamps with one horizontal and one vertical cylinder. Both cutting and feed rates can be precisely adjusted to the material via the generously sized and user-friendly control panel. The machine is equipped with a mechanical lift height adjustment; the maximum cutting height is 100 mm. A large protective guard covers the entire work area and can be lifted pneumatically at the push of a button. Standard equipment for the UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit includes an air spray gun for cleaning the machine. Connectors for a chip extraction system are provided. This machine comes with the vertical drilling unit TR 14 (drilling capacity up to ø 14 mm, thread M12), which is integrated into the cycle control of the aluminium circular saw.
