UK 350 A 90° CNC + TR14 Servo + Y-Achse

The fully automatic aluminum circular saw UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit (cutting angle 90°) has been specially designed for cutting profile and solid materials made of cast aluminum, copper, and hard plastics. An automatic feed and automatic cutting movement make it ideal for fast and precise series production! The material feed stroke is up to 700 mm per cycle. Multiple strokes and thus longer sections can be conveniently programmed via the control panel. The main clamping vice secures the material using two horizontal and two vertical clamping cylinders, while the material feeder uses one horizontal and one vertical clamping cylinder. Both the cutting speed and feed speed can be adjusted to suit the material via the large, clearly designed control panel! The machine features a mechanical stroke height adjustment, with a maximum cutting height of 100 mm. A large protective cover encloses the entire working area and is pneumatically lifted at the push of a button! As a standard feature of the UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit, an air spray gun is included for cleaning the machine. Connections for a chip extraction system are also provided. The machine is equipped with the vertical drilling unit TR 14 (drilling capacity up to ø 14 mm, thread size M12), which is integrated with the cycle control system of the circular saw.
