For sale is an as-new demonstration system with only 72 operating hours. The RWT 1000-1 is a universal unit, suitable for both automatic and manual operation. For automatic operation, the workpiece is loaded directly onto one of the two satellites. While satellite 1 is inside the machine and the component on it is being blasted, satellite 2, which is located outside, can be reloaded. This minimizes downtime during loading and unloading. Inside the blasting system, the satellite is driven, allowing for perfect blasting results, especially on rotationally symmetrical parts.

For manual operation: The side door has two hand openings enabling manual blasting, as with a glove box. Inside the blasting chamber, there are two blasting nozzles and two blow-off nozzles. In automatic mode, each of the nozzles can be controlled individually. For manual operation, blasting is done by hand using a single nozzle.

Automation using a robot should also be possible with minor modifications to the control system. This would, however, need to be carried out by the customer.

The machine has been fully tested and serviced. The buyer also receives a 1-year warranty, identical to a new machine.
