The semi-automatic circular saw UK-600-A is an “upcut” machine, primarily used for cutting profiled materials made from cast aluminum, copper, and hard plastics (including limited solid material). The machine stands out due to its easy operation, quick and convenient material change, and simple mitre angle adjustment. The UK-600 A features a continuously adjustable mitre range to the left and right up to 20° (swivel range of 2 x 70°). The saw feed is automatically actuated by a push button, while material clamping is achieved via two pneumatically controlled vertical and horizontal clamping cylinders each. The standard equipment includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for machine cleaning. This machine also features connections for a chip extraction system. Optionally, it can be fitted with a digital mitre angle indicator, a marking laser, and pneumatic lifting for the safety guard.

Our NC pusher system ensures that your workpieces are positioned at the desired processing position on our UK 600 HA 90°. A gripper clamp secures the material, and the NC control system automatically positions it. The clamping and sawing cycle is then executed. Positions are programmed into the CNC controller in advance. Once the machining operation is completed, the system automatically moves to the next sawing position. Depending on the workpiece, multiple parts can be clamped and positioned simultaneously, either stacked or side by side.
