The semi-automatic circular saw UK-600-A is an "upcut" machine primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum castings, copper, and hard plastics (solid material only to a certain extent). The machine is characterized by its user-friendly operation, fast and convenient material change, as well as easy mitre angle adjustment. The UK-600 A features a steplessly adjustable mitre range to the left and right up to 20° (swivel range twice 70°). The saw feed operates automatically at the push of a button, and the material is clamped by two pneumatically controlled vertical and horizontal clamping cylinders each. The standard equipment includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine! Connections for a chip extraction system are provided on this machine. Additionally, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic lift for the safety guard!

Our NC pusher system ensures your workpieces are positioned precisely at the desired processing position on our UK 600 HA 90°. A gripper clamps the material, while the NC control system automatically positions it. Clamping and sawing are then triggered. The positions are pre-programmed into the program control system. Once the machining is completed, the machine automatically moves to the next sawing position. Depending on the workpiece, several parts can be clamped and positioned simultaneously, either stacked or side by side.
