The used UHT milk processing room Tetra Pak 4000 L/h offers optimized aseptic thermal processing for dairy and beverage applications. Specifically, the unit operates at variable flow rates from 2,000 to 4,000 liters per hour, making it suitable for standard milk, flavored milk, drinking yogurt, and condensed milk. Furthermore, with program adjustments, fruit juices, nectars, and soft drinks can also be processed. This flexibility makes it ideal for operations with multiple products. The plant is currently still in storage and thus ready for relocation and installation at a new production site.
Aseptic Inline Homogenization
The used UHT milk processing room Tetra Pak 4000 L/h includes a Tetra Pak aseptic homogenizer, model Tetra Alex, year of manufacture 2006. In particular, this unit, installed downstream of preheating, operates under sterile conditions to break down fat globules and ensure uniform distribution of solids and liquids. Consequently, it helps retain the emulsion stability of flavored milk and yogurt drinks. Additionally, the aseptic inline design minimizes the risk of contamination after thermal processing.
