The SUNCOMBE SteriWasher is an innovative, robust, high-performance, and fully validatable parts washer designed for applications in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, beverage, healthcare, and other critical sectors. The wash chamber is accessed via a sturdy hinged door and constructed from 316 stainless steel, featuring a hygienic design.

Utilizing a combination of specially developed, variable-power spray technologies, the washer delivers high-energy cleaning and energy-efficient rinsing—both selectable via simple recipe selection.

Description
The SteriWasher™ range leverages advanced and proven technologies to provide an environmentally friendly washing solution with low water and energy usage for production and research environments, suitable for items ranging from critical small components and tools to large mixers, drums, and containers.

The range is available with chamber sizes from 0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.6 m up to 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 1.5 m. Custom variants can be supplied in any chamber size to meet your specific requirements.

All washers are equipped with gap-free chamber fittings and airtight, leakproof inflatable door seals for full product and tank containment. The washers come with standard or custom racks, featuring individually validated positions for cleaning, which are removable and can be loaded onto mobile carts for easy loading and unloading. Both single- and double-door pass-through models are available. The washers are configured for straight-through or 90-degree pass-through processes, constructed from 316 stainless steel to cGMP, EHEDG, ASME BPE, and GAMP standards—ideal for your washing areas or cleanrooms.
