The latest generation of Morgana folding machines elevates process automation to a new level by being able to detect sheet length and automatically set the folding pockets and delivery tray according to the required fold type. All the operator needs to do is select the desired fold from the options displayed on the control panel, and the machine does the rest.

The number of working programs is limited only by memory capacity and ranges into the thousands.

This machine is especially suitable for processing prints from digital presses, as it is equipped with anti-static brushes as standard.

The Morgana Docufold comes standard with a programmable batch counter and is prepped for perforating and creasing.

All controls are centralized in one place, including the counter and batch feeder.

Paper feeding is based on the vacuum principle, together with adjustable air separation for the stack and side alignment, guaranteeing trouble-free paper separation and precise feeding into the folding pockets. This vacuum feed system ensures reliable processing even of coated papers.

The length of processed sheets is monitored by a photo sensor, preventing jams in the folding pockets. The machine is designed so that even operators without previous bindery experience can use it with ease.
