The mezzanine (as pictured) consists of two floors. The total area is 10,183.3 m².

From the building permit description:

The main load-bearing structure of the designed mezzanine consists of steel frames in the longitudinal direction, made of steel columns with profiles RK110x3 (level 1 columns) and RK120x4 (ground floor columns), as well as RK140x4 (ground floor columns in axis XII, between axes a-j), rigidly fixed to the foundation (floor slab), and beams of profile IPE 240. The entire frame construction is designed using S275 grade steel. The floor secondary beams are made of thin-walled Sigma 220x65x1.5 profiles (steel grade S390) with a spacing of approximately 68 cm.

Both floors of the mezzanine are connected by single-flight steel stairs with intermediate landings. The stairs are made from S275 steel, supported at both ends, and at the ground floor level additionally supported in the middle of their span by intermediate steel columns.

In the plane of the secondary floor beams (Sigma 220x65x1.5), steel bracing with profile RO 26.9×2.9 will be installed at the midpoint of their span.
