A unique device designed for the application of pretreatment liquid prior to textile printing. Thanks to its large application area (40 x 60 cm), it is especially suitable for DTG printers such as M2, M3, M4, but also for machines with smaller print areas, e.g., R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, etc.

One notable advantage is that it does not require a compressor. The machine is equipped with four independent and adjustable nozzles (allowing application to a small area, e.g., for left chest logo printing). Full-area spray time (40 x 60 cm): 4.5 seconds. Adjustable spray width in 2 cm increments (2–60 cm length). Large, user-friendly LCD display. Five programmable positions/settings for area and amount of spray. High efficiency and productivity.

PRETREATmaker IV

is a high-end device designed for professional application of pretreatment liquid onto textiles. It features an advanced electronic system that enables high performance and simpler operation during the pretreatment process. The clear, color touchscreen allows for easy setup of spray length and width, as well as simple adjustment of spray volume. The machine is fitted with four nozzles, each of which can be controlled individually.

This enables precise adjustment of the pretreatment application area (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother, etc.), providing significant savings of pretreatment fluid compared to manual application with a spray gun. The spray area length can be adjusted in 2 cm increments via the touchscreen. For the amount of pretreatment liqiud to be applied, there are 10 available settings.

The PRETREATmaker IV also features an automated cleaning process for spray nozzles (consumption approx. 12 ml/hour), which keeps the nozzles clear and prevents drying or clogging.
