### 4.14.1 Basic Design

The system features a closed aluminium profile frame, with a highly compact build.
The control cabinets are integrated in the lower part of the frame.
The main valve manifold is mounted behind a service door beneath the control panel.

The system includes four workstation stops.
Operation is performed via a touchscreen interface.
The operator terminal is mounted on the right side of the frame.
A labelling system from Bluhm Weber is used in the station; refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for further details.

### 4.14.2 Functional Sequence

- The incoming workpiece carriers, equipped with IO modules, are stopped, lifted (positioned), and contacted at substations 10.1 and 10.2.
- In substation 10.3, the IO modules are automatically labelled. The generation of the labels and their content is also automatic, as is their application to the modules.
- After labelling, the module is finalized in station 10.4, where it is stopped, lifted, and contacted. Following finalization, the workpiece carrier is automatically ejected from the station.
