Special-purpose machine for plastic shredding

Ideally suited for shredding:
- Paper, cardboard, pipes, profiles, crates, canisters, buckets, cans, offcuts from wood pallets, etc.
- Medium-hard thermoplastics such as PVC, PP, PE, PS, PU, PET

Includes:
- Special rotor with embedded knives (reduced load uptake)
- Minimal cutting gap between cutter and counter-knife

Recommended maximum material size: approx. 500 x 500 mm (*height less relevant)

Screen perforation to choice (25–40 mm). For plastics, coarser screens (30–40 mm) are recommended.
*If finer granulation is required, a two-stage shredding process with a downstream MVZ granulator (screens 5–15 mm) is recommended.
