The VOLLGATTER OLYMPIA UNIVERSAL is a high-precision, energy-efficient sawing machine designed for maximum stability, durability, and ease of maintenance.

Design and Frame
The saw frame is constructed from high-strength, forged steel, and is entirely mechanically machined. The solid welded steel structure of the side stand is stress-relieved to ensure absolute shape stability and minimal vibration.

Energy-Efficient Frame Guidance
The patented saw frame guide system operates without continuous boundary oil lubrication, resulting in reduced energy consumption and simplified maintenance.

Roller and Feed Technology
The feed rollers are split in the center and can be changed quickly.
With a manometer and pressure control valves, the roller pressure can be precisely adjusted.
A robust synchronizing shaft (MULLER system) guarantees uniform lifting and lowering of the upper rollers.

Drive and Safety
The upper rollers are driven by slip clutches, which provide overload protection.
Guide rollers ensure optimal chain tension and adequate wrap angle of the drive sprocket.
