• LODI CNC control T 2010 for (Z) grinding head infeed, (Y) grinding head positioning left – right, table movement, (X) dressing amount and speed, (W,V) each positioning measurement control, (A,B) each rotary table rotation.
Simplified input of all key cycle parameters, preprogrammed automatic cycles, additional program editor, program management, tool management, jog mode, etc.
• with integrated electronic handwheel
• MARPOSS measuring control P7ME for continuous measurement of workpiece height during grinding and automatic shut-off when final dimension is reached. The measuring probe position can be set separately for both rotary tables via the CNC control.
• MARPOSS acoustic touch dressing control to avoid "air grinding". (The acoustic signal is transmitted to each rotary table by means of a water jet.)
• CNC-controlled grinding wheel dressing unit installed under the segment head, with automatic compensation of the dressing amount. Simple parameter input via the CNC control in a preprogrammed dressing cycle.
• 2 x circular magnets Ø 800 mm with fine ring pole division and electric holding force regulation
• Hydraulic weight compensation for the grinding head.
• Separate electrical and control cabinet, complete enclosure of the working area with oil mist extraction
• Advanced belt filter coolant filtration system with magnetic separator and coolant cooling unit.
