The SBM-L G1S2 series grinding and deburring machines are designed for double-sided deburring and edge rounding of workpieces in a single pass. LISSMAC machines are used for deburring sheet metal as well as processing sheet metal parts, laser-cut parts, and stamped parts.

The L series is equipped with three units each on the top and bottom sides. Processing of workpieces made of stainless steel, steel, aluminium or non-ferrous metals can be performed on the top side, the bottom side, or both sides as required. Double-sided sheet metal processing and edge rounding in just one operation allows time savings of up to 60%. Seamless integration with automation solutions or incorporation into production lines is also possible without difficulty. The machine concept ensures ergonomic operation and a comfortable working environment without dust, dirt, or noise pollution.
