System for cleaning wastewater from CNC machines.
The wastewater is transferred from the CNC machines to the WRA-1000 by means of lifting pumps. Before the wastewater enters the treatment unit, a flocculant is continuously and automatically dosed and thoroughly mixed with the wastewater via an integrated mixer.

The integrated lamella clarifier package in the WRA-1000 ensures a short reaction time for the settling of flocculated contaminants. The sludge collects in the cone of the WRA-1000 and is automatically discharged at preset intervals into the sludge big bag located underneath. Excess water is pumped back into the system using an integrated lifting pump, minimizing water loss.

The water treated by the WRA-1000 then flows into the collection tank of the CNC system. From this tank, the CNC machines can reuse the treated process water for further machining via their own pumps and piping systems.
