• Equipped with an automatic device for threading the grinding wheel into the tooth gap.
• The machine operates with three grinding processes:
a. Generating grinding using CBN grinding worms = fastest processing
b. Profile grinding with CBN profile grinding wheels (one or two wheels) = highest accuracy!
c. Combination of a and b (most economical solution): pre-grinding with grinding worm / finish grinding with profile grinding wheel in single-part processing
• Automatic shifting of the grinding worm or automatic positioning of the profile wheel
• Automatic workpiece loading device using a ring loader mounted on the counter column, which automatically moves raw and finished parts in and out. The workpieces are transported to the ring loader via a separately positioned FLEX LINK chain conveyor, picked up and removed. This enables unmanned production.
• Hydraulic workpiece clamping in the table, but without clamping devices. Tailstock slide on the counter column present but without tailstock. Slide stroke up to approx. 350 mm.
• Complete work area enclosure with sliding door and separate CO2 extinguishing system / IR sensor
No original coolant system (as central supply), and no dressing device supplied.
Condition: good to very good – powered, ready for demonstration, compact design!
