The tank features a slender, vertical design (1,800 mm diameter and almost 5 metres in height), which allows for optimal utilisation of space in utility rooms or production halls. Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel, it ensures chemical neutrality—it does not affect the taste, aroma, or physicochemical properties of stored food emulsions. The vessel is designed for operation at elevated temperatures (up to 50°C), making it suitable for receiving and keeping products in liquid state immediately after thermal processing or pasteurisation.
