Technical specifications:
A double-shell thermal insulation ensures excellent efficiency of the wood dryer. The internal cladding side walls are manufactured from 1.5 mm thick sea water-resistant special aluminium and are tightly welded. The external cladding is made from stucco-patterned trapezoidal and smooth sheet panel.
The insulated floor is executed as a tightly welded stainless steel tray, which remains resistant over time to aggressive extractives contained in wood.
The kiln is installed on a stable, level surface — a special continuous foundation is not required!
An easily opened door at the front end, featuring a wide opening angle and a circumferential rubber seal, ensures user convenience and a high degree of steam tightness.

An aluminium stacking cart for side loading and unloading, together with internal guide rails and removable outer rails, allows for convenient and space-saving handling.
A powerful radial fan (0.55 kW) installed at the front end ensures consistent longitudinal airflow throughout the wood stack.
The dryer is heated via electric heating rods with a heating capacity of 6.0 kW.
Surplus humidity is vented via servo-controlled intake and exhaust air dampers (Ø 100 mm).
Chamber climate can be humidified as required through cold water spray.
Included in the scope of delivery are 140 straight stacking battens made of aluminium.

The standard PLC control system regulates the drying process fully automatically, and operation is user-friendly thanks to a 7" colour touch panel. You simply enter three parameters:
1. Wood species,
2. Wood thickness,
3. Desired final moisture content.
Based on this data, the control system optimally manages the drying process. In a short time, your wood will be available in the desired quality.

The control is equipped as standard with:
- 3 wood moisture measuring points (incl. insertion electrodes and cabling),
- 1 equilibrium moisture measuring point,
- 1 air temperature sensor.
