Overview: Industrial Laminating Line for Hard Biscuits and Crackers

An integrated solution for the entire process from start to finish. The line was manufactured in 2005. The manufacturer is LASER s.r.l., based in Italy. This flexible process line is equipped with various accessories to enable the production of a wide range of products. The versatile line consists of:

- Dough handling system for feeding a three-roller sheeter
- Laminating unit
- Four gauging stations
- Relaxation conveyor
- Blower unit
- Two cutting sections (engraving and cutting with a rotary cutter)

- Washing system
- Caustic soda bath (including heating)
- Three topping applicators (for salt or various seeds)
- Tunnel oven (hybrid: DGF and cyclothermic zone)
- Oil spraying machine
- Manuals (operation manuals and electrical schematics) in English

The working width of the line is 0.8 m, and the oven length is 25 m. The line is still in production. The output capacity of the line is approx. 300 kg of finished products per hour. The tunnel oven is heated by natural gas burners. Periodic maintenance of the entire line is carried out according to regulations.
