The SBM series pressure blast machines are mobile units designed for advanced surface treatment using compressed air and blasting media. The favourably shaped conical bottom facilitates abrasive flow, and the option to use various valve types means these units can process all types of abrasives—including spherical, round or angular media, and any grain size.

SBM blasting units can achieve surface cleanliness up to class SA-3/SP5 and capacities of up to 106 m²/h. SBM series sandblasters are equipped with large claw couplings that ensure quick and secure connections while maintaining high compressed air throughput. Abrasive loading is performed via a pneumatically actuated rubber membrane—eliminating inefficient screw closures—making SBM units safer and easier to operate. The blast machine is also equipped with a large inspection valve for rapid emptying and internal inspection. SBM series machines allow operation with one or two blast nozzles simultaneously (model dependent).

Control of the blasting machine (available in pneumatic or electric control) is intuitive and precise. The control handle is mounted at the end of the blast hose, enabling the operator performing surface cleaning to interrupt machine operation as required—complying with the latest health and safety regulations (optional feature available).

The SBM blast vessel is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, based on and supervised by a notified body, and is CE marked.
