Designed for joining smooth veneers with a thickness of 0.3 – 1.5 mm (using an alternative glue application system, 0.3 – 2.5 mm) intended for use in production processes involving high temperatures and tensile forces, e.g., during longitudinal profile laminating or membrane press veneering.

Elements are joined using urea glue.
Glue is applied to the veneer edge in the machine via an integrated application station with a glue reservoir.

The machine features a modern glue application system to one veneer edge consisting of a dosing roller (immersed in glue), an application roller, and a precision glue dosing system.

Glue aggregation unit with air conditioning –
Allows the glue in the reservoir to maintain a consistent temperature, ensuring optimal adhesive properties. The glue does not harden or gel prematurely, which positively impacts bonding quality, saves glue, and shortens the splicing process, particularly in very high ambient temperatures.

Machine can be tested in Poland.
