Overview
This Krones Sensometic beer filling line was manufactured in 1998 and was previously installed in a high-performance beverage filling facility. The machine is designed for isobaric filling of beer and is equipped with 77 filling valves, enabling high throughput production. The filling line is configured as a filler and capper block, featuring two capping units: one for screw caps and one for crown corks. Both capping systems are fitted with 12 capping heads each, and the closure sorting systems are integrated into the machine. With a rated capacity of approx. 33,000 bottles per hour, this machine is suitable for large-scale operations in returnable glass bottling. The system supports a wide range of bottle formats commonly used in the beer industry.
