Configured as a complete PET bottle blowing line for industrial beverage and packaging operations, this 2019 installation is based on a Krones Contiform 312 Pro stretch blow molder with 12 cavities and matched utilities. The system is designed for 24,000 bph output with PET containers and is suitable for second-hand use where rapid ramp-up and reliable throughput are required. Scope of Supply and Utility Package
For continuous operation from preform feed to bottle discharge towards rinsing, filling, capping, and labeling, the line comes with matched auxiliary units and handling systems. Included are an AF Compressors high-pressure compressor with dryer, KKT chillers WTS 70 chiller with connection for a cooling tower, Krones preform deduster, preform hopper, Contifeed preform feeder, Preform Check inspection, an approximately 56 m long air conveyor, as well as a central control cabinet system.

Control Architecture and Format Changeover
Production is managed by the automation of the Contiform 312 Pro, with servo-driven stretch movement and defined IR heating zones for reproducible preform conditioning. A central control cabinet coordinates the stretch blow molder and peripherals. The configuration allows rapid format changes for the specified SKUs, utilizing recipe-based settings for consistent results. Machine guarding is available, and manuals support operation and maintenance.
