Kreuzmayr KML 750

The mobile units are used for on-site processing of fruit juices. The fruit is poured into the washing container by the large bin tipper, conveyed to the mill, crushed, and fed into the belt press. The juice produced is automatically pumped into tanks, heated to approximately 80 degrees Celsius in the pasteurization unit, and filled into Bag in Box containers.

The following machines are installed on the trailer:
• Large bin tipper Kreuzmayr GKE
• Washing elevator Kreuzmayr KWEM 2000
• Single belt press Kreuzmayr KEB 750 with cleaning brush
• Larger juice tray for KEB 750
• Movable pomace conveyor, entirely made of stainless steel
• Immervoll stainless steel tank 530 l with hanging sieve
• Pasteurizer Kreuzmayr Pas 1500 liters, oil heated
• Bag in Box filler Kreuzmayr KBF 2000, special design for the mobile unit
• Accessories such as pumps, air compressor, high-pressure cleaner, hoses, and connectors

The trailer has only a few operating hours and is therefore in an as-new condition.
