Mobile fruit juice production unit, installed in a stainless steel swap-body container with hydraulic support legs.

Comprising: large crate tipper, washing and milling unit, KEB 1000 belt press, 2 x 800-litre buffer tanks, juice pump, double gap filter, PA 2000 oil pasteuriser, and automatic Bag-in-Box filler Tec 500.

Performance: up to 3,000 kg/h or 2,000 litres of juice per hour.
Fully automatic system for filling Bag-in-Box pouches from roll stock or individual pouches (volume range 1.5 litres to 20 litres).
Integrated heating oil tank with 600-litre capacity, refillable from the outside.
Hydraulic remote control with radio transmitter for support legs and doors, foot pedal operation for lifting and lowering large crate tipper.
Automatic container levelling within ±0.5% inclination.
Corner tarpaulins for optimal weather protection, central water drainage via box gutter and raised floor edge.
Integrated high-pressure washer and compressor.
The Bag-in-Box filler is pulled out sideways from the container during operation and connected to the buffer tank.
Platform height in operation approx. 250 mm.
