• Based on the rotary Mini Rex Futura divider-rounder from 2009

• Manual product retrieval from the discharge conveyor
• Stamping station with easily exchangeable tools;
set includes: Kaiser roll head, Corinthian
• Integrated elongation and flattening unit
• Weight range:
- For stamped buns: 25g to 75g dough piece weight – output:
from 1,800 pcs/h to 2,640 pcs/h
- For unstamped buns: 80g to 125g dough piece weight – output:
from 1,800 pcs/h to 3,960 pcs/h

• Proofing time: approx. 6 min with an output of 2,000 pcs/h
• Suitable for wheat, wholemeal, yeast, and doughnut doughs
• Operated by a single person

The machine is currently undergoing a complete overhaul, which is expected to be completed by mid-June 2026.
