KOCH Ucinarka netto

For sale: KOCH end-cutting machine for fast and precise trimming of furniture components, especially drawer side panels.

The machine ensures clean net cutting (without tears or edge defects) – a solution much faster than trimming with panel saws.

Key equipment and data:

- PLC control – automatic operation (retrofitted separately)
- Buffer magazine for components
- Hydraulic pusher bar – moves the component for subsequent operations
- Max machine width: 2 m
- Max feed rate: 12 m/min
- Drive start from both sides of the machine
- Top saw blades for cutting components from above
- Spindle approx. 4,500–5,000 rpm (motors 2,100 rpm)
- Full safeguards and safety sensors
- Complete “drawer band” production capability

The upper saws are used for the production of drawer bands (fully finished components).
Example: a 640 mm long component is aligned/cut from above and divided into 3 sections, so after adding the front and the bottom, you get a complete drawer without the need to manufacture extra side panels.

Performance:
For a sample drawer side panel 350 x 100 mm:
Approximately 25,000 – 30,000 components per shift (very high efficiency)
