During waterjet cutting, water is pressurized up to 5500 bar. Depending on requirements and workpiece, it is then forced through a nozzle with a diameter of 0.01 to 0.08 mm. Since waterjet technology processes materials without heat input, there is no deformation.

By adding abrasive, waterjet cutting achieves highest precision with tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm. Our flexible production enables both vertical and angled cuts. We are happy to accept your individual CAD data. Waterjet technology offers significant advantages for industry, trade, and prototyping. It is also environmentally friendly, as waterjet cutting is dust- and vapor-free and conserves material.
