This table allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to meet specific requirements, thereby improving both efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is performed as standard via a manual hydraulic system within a range starting from 800 mm (other heights available upon request). The worktop, like the SST fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 mm hole grid. When used in combination with processing machines, fixtures for inspection or reworking (deburring, marking, checking) can be adjusted to match the clamping table height of the machine. The table systems can be easily relocated using pallet trucks. These mobile systems have proven ideal—with various attachment and securing options—for maintenance of injection moulding and die casting tools. Tools can be safely serviced on-site immediately after removal from the machine and then transported to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the working surface can be affordably replaced in the event of wear.
