This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to the specific requirement in order to improve efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is provided as standard by a manual hydraulic system in a range from 650 to 1050 mm (other ranges available on request). Like the SST Fix series, the worktop features a 100 x 100 mm hole matrix with Ø 28 mm holes. Used in combination with processing machines, inspection or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, inspection) can be adjusted to the clamping table height of the machine. The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various fastening and securing options, have proven ideal for maintenance of injection molding and die casting tools. Tools can be safely serviced immediately after removal from the machine and transported to maintenance for repairs. Due to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be cost-effectively replaced in case of wear.
