This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to the specific requirement, optimizing both productivity and ergonomics. The height adjustment is standardly performed by a manual hydraulic system within the 650 – 1050 mm range (higher or lower adjustment available upon request). Like the SST fix series, the worktop features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 mm hole grid. When used in combination with machining centers, inspection or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, inspection) can be adjusted to match the clamping table height of the machine. The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various mounting and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection molding and die casting tools. Tools can be safely serviced on-site immediately after removal from the machine and subsequently transferred to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the working surface can be economically replaced in case of wear.
