This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height according to requirements, enhancing productivity and ergonomics. Height adjustment is standardly achieved via a manual hydraulic system within a range of 650 to 1050 mm (other heights available on request). Like the SST fix series, the worktop features a 100 x 100 mm grid of Ø 28 mm holes. When used in combination with processing machines, test or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, checking) can be adjusted to match the clamping table height of the respective machine. The table systems can be easily relocated on site using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with their various fastening and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. Tools can be safely serviced directly after removal from the machine and transferred to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the work surface can be cost-effectively replaced if worn in the future.
