This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to the respective requirements in order to improve efficiency and ergonomics. The height adjustment is standardly performed via a manual hydraulic system within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (higher or lower versions available on request). The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various fixing and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die casting tools. After removal from the machine, the tools can be safely serviced on site and then transported to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear. Table 2 below provides an overview of the available standard models.
