This enables the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height according to specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. Standard height adjustment is performed via manual hydraulics within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available on request). The worktop is also equipped, like the SST fix series, with a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 hole grid. When used in combination with processing machines, inspection or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, inspection) can be adapted to the clamping table height of the machine. The table systems are easy to move locally by means of a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various mounting and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, tools can be serviced safely on site and transported to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of later wear.
