System structure:
1. Main washing zone:
– Equipped with a centrifugal pump (2.2 kW,
900 l/min at approx. 1 bar) distributing the flow across 50 stainless steel nozzles, enabling thorough cleaning from all four sides.
A plate filter continuously cleans and filters the washing solution.
– Tank capacity: 180 l
– Washing temperature in the main washing zone: 50-55°C
Crate transport is achieved by means of a spiral conveyor (KITZINGER utility model), ensuring precise crate separation and unhindered impact of the washing solution for comprehensive cleaning of all sides.
2. Rinsing zone:
– The products cleaned in the machine are thoroughly rinsed from all sides with fresh water.
Fresh water must be supplied to the machine at a minimum of 45°C and is heated to approx. 80°C in the system. Approx. 250-300 l are needed per hour.

– Consumption: approx. 300 l/h
IMPORTANT: the machine requires warm fresh water, connection 1/2″ or 3/4″
– Power supply: 14 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz, protected by 32A
– Wastewater: DN 40 to floor drain or channel near the machine, below the tank with standpipe
