Concrete Distributor with Overhead Crane

Intended Use:
The concrete distributor is designed for loading formwork pallets with concrete. It can process concrete with consistency classes F1 to F5.

Longitudinal Carriage:
The longitudinal carriage is a welded steel structure equipped with four running wheels, two of which are powered by a gearbox. Power supply is provided via a Vahle conductor rail (Vahle rail not included).

Transverse Carriage:
The transverse carriage is also a welded steel structure with four running wheels. It moves along the longitudinal carriage and is equipped with a slide guide for lowering the bucket to collect concrete.

Bucket:
Two slides are bolted to the bucket, each housing hydraulic cylinders for lowering the bucket (1,250 mm) for concrete filling. Filling is performed via a laterally mounted hopper. The lower section of the bucket has two inspection and cleaning hatches.

Spiked Roller:
The spiked roller is driven by a variable hydraulic motor, allowing it to be used both as a dosing aid and to prevent 'bridge formation'. Speed and rotational frequency are adjustable from the control panel.

Shut-off Slide:
Consists of 12 individual slides, which can be operated individually or in three groups. Opening and closing are performed by hydraulic cylinders.
150 mm discharge width per slide, total discharge width of 1,800 mm. The flow rate can be adjusted via an additional cylinder (adjustment range from 35 mm to 110 mm). The discharge opening is adjustable.

Control of the Concrete Distributor and Crane:
The operator rides along with the concrete distributor.
