The URF model is designed for both single-piece and series production of highly precise workpieces clamped in a chuck, on a faceplate, or on a magnetic chuck, with a maximum load capacity of 330 Nm including clamping devices.

This machine type is characterized by its compact and robust construction, ease of operation, and high versatility, as well as short changeover times for external, face, and internal grinding processes.

External grinding wheel diameter: 400 mm
Face grinding wheel diameter: 225 mm
Internal grinding device for spindle diameters of 70 mm; 80 mm available upon request.

The machine has been completely overhauled:

- New control cabinet
- Modern hydraulic unit
- Reinforced workpiece spindle head (see photo)
- 2-axis digital readout by Fagor
- Sine bar for precise adjustment of the swivel angle
