KB Universal Hardness Testing Machines for automatic, standards-compliant hardness testing.
Suitable for all hardness testing methods within the load range HV 0.2–1 – 3000 kgf, Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, Super-Rockwell, Knoop (only HK 1), ball indentation hardness (plastics), and depth measurement according to Vickers and Brinell.
Fully automatic testing sequence, evaluation of indentations on the built-in LCD monitor via integrated video camera and zoom lens ensure the highest evaluation accuracy as per standards. All hardness values are displayed digitally in real time.
User-friendly and powerful control panel with high-contrast, glare-free color LCD monitor.
Impression measurements are parallax-free.
Test forces are applied electronically with maximum precision.
The video image can optionally be output as a BMP file.
All KB hardness testing machines are supplied with a basic equipment set to enable immediate commissioning with the ordered indenters.
A selection of mounts, test tables, indenters, objectives, hardness comparison plates, etc., are available.
Connection to a PC or central computer is possible with all KB hardness testing machines.
With the optional full automation software and motorized cross table, the machine can be operated as a fully automatic system.
