3. Machine Description

Semi-automatic band saw machine of very robust construction designed for dedicated cutting and mitering (-45°/+60°) of tubes, profiles, and solid materials in the workshop sector. The infinitely variable feed enables sensitive and tool-conserving cutting operations. Universal band saw for workshop use, very robust design, suitable for cutting profiles, tubes, and solid material.

Machine Base

Saw blade guidance

Side guidance of the saw band via mechanically preloaded blade changes. The blade back is guided via running rollers.

Saw band tension

Continuously adjustable by ratchet. Mechanical tension force limitation.

Material Clamping – Machine Vice

Secure material clamping via manually operated horizontal vice; mitre angle steplessly adjustable from 0° – 45° to +60°, with index pin for additional locking at -45°, 0°, +45°, and +60° mitre positions.

Saw feed steplessly controlled via fine adjustment valve, suitable for universal use on solid and profile material.
