Fully hydraulic high-performance band saw in heavy-duty construction, featuring a horizontally parallel moving saw blade, designed for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid materials of all qualities, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for use with bi-metal and carbide saw bands.

Saw unit made from solid polymer concrete, delivering maximum running smoothness and blade service life.

The saw unit is guided by two vertical square columns (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guiding rails.

Mechanical saw blade tensioning with pre-tensioned carbide blade guides.
Material clamping is accomplished via two horizontal frame clamping vices.
Material feed is provided by a non-driven roller conveyor with twelve rollers, integrated into the machine, allowing easy transport of short remnants.
