KASTO Twin A 4 Vollverkleidet

Fully hydraulic high-performance bandsawing machine in heavy-duty design, featuring a horizontally parallel-moving saw band for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid materials of all grades—including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for use with bimetal and carbide-tipped saw bands.

The saw unit is made from solid polymer concrete, ensuring maximum running smoothness and extended saw band life. The saw unit is guided by two vertical square columns (twin-column guide), with hardened and ground guide rails. The saw band is hydraulically tensioned, and carbide saw band guides are hydraulically preloaded.

Material clamping is achieved with two horizontal frame clamps. Material feed is facilitated by a non-driven roller conveyor with twelve transport rollers integrated into the machine, allowing even short remnants to be transported without issue.
