KARMETAL KMT280 WOS PLC / SPS

The WOS 280X300 model is an automatic band saw. Thanks to hydraulic hold-down devices, the machine is capable of performing bundle cuts. Linear guides ensure precise cuts.

Once the material length and the number of pieces to be cut are entered on the PLC control panel, the machine automatically adjusts the cutting length using an encoder and cuts the specified quantity. The feed clamping devices transport the material automatically according to the set size. Up to 20 different cutting dimensions can be programmed via the display. Up to 50 different work lists can be saved on the control panel for quick recall. Ideal for bundle cutting operations.
