Accessories / Special features:
The machine is equipped with a workpiece table featuring 3 bores for 3 broaching stations. The tool clamping system is designed for spring mechanical locking in the pull bridge and hydraulic-mechanical locking in the feed. The machine underwent an electrical (Siemens S7 PLC) and mechanical retrofit in 2004. The unit is fitted with an integrated coolant system.

Remarks:
The machine is designed for use in series production; for optimal operation, a foundation pit is recommended, or alternatively, a platform may be used. Pull heads and broach lifters are available upon request. The machine can be inspected at our warehouse.
