The system consists of an automatic loading magazine with 12 slots, a steel saw, and a belt conveyor for transporting the cut steel profiles.
Remaining lengths are sorted by size into a leftover bin, outfeed, or waste bin.
The processing of the steel profiles takes place via continuous feed; here, the steel rod is precisely positioned by a transport gripper equipped with a linear motor and rotary encoder.
Saw cutting is performed from above, and a micro-dosing coolant/lubrication system ensures optimal saw blade cooling.
Profile clamping is pneumatic and independent of profile cross-section.
Free-standing system with PC control, or can be combined with a cutting machine, plastic machining center (BAZ), or fabrication center (SBZ).
When combined, the cycle synchronizes with the cutting machine, BAZ, or SBZ.
Profile lists for storage in the loading magazine are displayed to the operator on a TFT screen.
The finished, processed steel profiles are removed from the belt conveyor, confirmed, and sorted into trolleys or manually inserted into PVC profiles at the steel insertion station.
