Description: Nearly new (2023/1992). The entire machine was disassembled down to the main chassis and rebuilt. The forklift was completely dismantled down to the base frame and sanded down. - Primed and newly painted chassis and mast. - New battery manufactured June 2023 with Aquamatic and charger with latest charging technology. - Mast completely disassembled, all rollers and bearings replaced. - Lifting chains, fork carriage chain, and steering chain replaced. - All hydraulic hoses on the entire machine and mast replaced, including comprehensive list with fittings and sizes. - All hydraulic cylinders have been newly sealed. - 2 drive bandages at the front replaced. - 4 trailing bandages replaced. - Control system and electronics overhauled. - New driver’s seat, as well as display panel, ignition lock, hour meter, and direction switch installed. - Both drive motors, both pump motors, and one steering pump motor completely overhauled. - Brakes completely new, wheel drives overhauled. - 3-sided cab and roof fitted with Plexiglas. - Complete service: all oils and filters replaced. - Safety and fork inspection carried out. - Drive: 2 x 5kW, Main Hydraulics: 2 x 8kW, Steering Hydraulics: 1 x 1.5kW.
