The system consists of two blocks:
Dimensions: Block 1 is approx. 15.50m x 21m and Block 2 approx. 27m x 29m
Flow levels: 5, plus return lanes (e.g. for empties) with 3 levels
Frame height: between 5.75m and 6.50m
Frame width: 1.30m
Lane width: approx. 2.40m or 2.10m (Block 2)
Roller track accessories:
- Pallet separation device
- Lateral centering rollers, 82 pcs per lane / 41 pcs per side
- Undersupport with profile, h = 50 mm under separation device
For BMW / Northvolt bins
The pallets run precisely in the centre. Each rack effectively has an empties side and a full goods side, hence opposite directions. For Northvolt, the empties side allows only up to 80 kg per slot, full goods nearly 500 kg. For BMW, empties 485 kg and full goods 860 kg, which is due to the braking force of the brake rollers, not load capacity. Precise dimensions for the bins will be provided later.
