General Terms and Conditions of Sale for the offer:
- Payment must be made in full (100%) and without deduction prior to dismantling, upon receipt of invoice.
- The equipment remains our property until full payment is received.
- The buyer (KT) may withdraw from the purchase agreement in writing at any time prior to full payment, without stating reasons.
- Ex works. The buyer arranges and bears the costs for dismantling, loading, and transport of the equipment.
- The buyer is responsible for the proper dismantling and commissioning of the equipment.
- The buyer warrants to commission only qualified companies for the dismantling work.
- Dates are to be coordinated with KT and must be adjusted to the factory's operating hours.
- The removal of the equipment must be completed right up to the supply connections.
- The factory’s safety regulations must be observed.
